Abigail Schoenheimer

Principal

Abigail is a Culture, Leadership and Innovation consultant with over 10 years of experience in Leadership Advisory and in-house Talent and Behavioural Risk roles. She has spent her varied career working with businesses across the world to shape and drive their culture and innovation agendas.

Abigail started her career at PwC in London and has experience in large scale organisations such as Macquarie and HSBC, as well as spending time in boutique strategy and innovation consultancies across Sydney, London, Zurich and Johannesburg.

She has worked at all levels of the organisation, from Executive team articulation of strategic direction, to cultural assessment workshops and interviews with front line teams.

Abigail is currently undertaking a Masters of Creative Intelligence and Strategic Innovation at the University of Technology Sydney, where she is exploring transdisciplinary design practices to address the complex and systemic challenges of organisational transformation.
