Wendy is an experienced executive coach and advisor working with CEOs and leadership teams to clarify strategy, realise potential and transform performance. She has over 30 years’ corporate experience and expertise in organisational dynamics, large-scale change and business management, across diverse industries including Financial Services, Telecommunications, FMCG, Health, IT and Manufacturing. She has held executive leadership roles in both listed and unlisted businesses including NIB, George Weston Foods, Vodafone and AMP.

Wendy enables executives to lead and operate businesses and teams, across organisational systems, with strategic agility, focus and impact. She prepares successors for pending transitions and helps leaders and teams identify and develop new ways of working that optimise customer delivery, enhance inclusion and diversity, and elevate team performance.

Wendy has a Master’s in Human Resources (Charles Sturt University) and is accredited in multiple coaching and development frameworks and psychometric assessments.
