Anna advises businesses on their challenges around strategy development, strategic planning and execution. She started her career as a commercial litigation lawyer, but her love of strategy drew her into commercial roles, in particular brand strategy, business development and innovation in professional services firms.

Since completing her MBA, Anna has provided strategy advice to businesses across diverse sectors, varying in size from startups to multi-national heavyweights. This diversity of experience serves Anna and her clients well. She has led multi-functional teams and worked with Boards and C-suite executives, providing data-driven, yet practical solutions.

While Anna designs strategy, she is a master at strategy implementation, with her process providing clients with clarity and feeling empowered to make progress. With the ability to understand both the detail of operations and the competitive context and influences that comprise the big picture, she assists leaders to hone in on the performance drivers and operational levers where the greatest gains can be made.

Anna has 15 years of experience, a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) / Bachelor of Arts from the University of Sydney and a Masters of Business Administration from Macquarie Graduate School of Management.
