Kate is an accomplished, inclusive and passionate global leader with significant experience in senior People and Culture and transformation roles across a broad range of companies and industries in Australia, Singapore, London, New York and Zurich. She is the founder of Self Energy (a boutique coaching and advisory business), Advisory Board Director of WithYouWithMe, Board Director of STUFF Global and Director on the Global Forum Development Committee for the International Women’s Forum.

Most recently, Kate held the role of Group Director, People and Culture, for Coca-Cola Amatil. She began her career as a graduate with Arthur Andersen and has worked in Government (Austrade), multi-national roles (Credit Suisse, Amcor) and her own successful start-up TST Learning.

A passionate supporter of women, Kate has mentored women all over the world and is a sought-after speaker on business transformation, culture, leadership, diversity and the future of work.

Kate holds a Bachelor of Arts in Administration. She is also a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Fellow of The Australian Human Resources Institute.
