Kate is an accomplished professional with a passion for applying psychological principles to enhance individual and organisational performance. With six years of experience in the Australian Army, including leadership roles and operational deployments, she brings resilience, adaptability, and a calm, strategic mindset to her work. Her military service has honed her ability to thrive under pressure, manage complex logistics, and lead teams effectively in dynamic environments.

Kate is skilled in stakeholder engagement, policy development, and problem-solving, drawing on her experience leading diverse teams and overseeing large-scale operations. Her ability to remain composed in challenging situations enables her to manage competing priorities while driving results. She has a talent for fostering collaboration, ensuring processes run smoothly, and identifying solutions to complex challenges.

With a commitment to evidence-based practices and continuous improvement, Kate aims to integrate her military background with her psychology expertise to promote leadership development, employee wellbeing, and sustainable performance. She holds a Bachelor of Psychology (First Class Honours) and is currently pursuing a Masters of Organisational Psychology.
