Nikki Rees

Program Manager

Nikki has over 15 years of experience in client services, program management and executive support roles coordinating leadership development and assessment programs.

Prior to joining Thrive Advisory, Nikki supported C-Suite executives in the Financial Services industry and was part of the PMO supporting Korn Ferry Hay Group’s Leadership Development and Assessment practice, coordinating and delivering assessments to high-level executives and acting as the primary contact throughout the client and candidate’s assessment or coaching experience.

Throughout her career, Nikki has project managed a multi-million dollar assessment and leadership development program for one of Australia’s largest financial institutions. She also took carriage of the resource management and logistics of the 12-month Employee Assessment Centre program and implemented job evaluation processes for clients in the not-for-profit and healthcare industries.

Prior to moving to Australia, Nikki was an Events and Account Manager for a media agency in London that delivers corporate conferences and events.
