Sarah is a skilled executive coach and mentor with deep experience working with leaders in large, global corporate and professional services firms to enhance individual performance and develop high-performing teams.

Passionate about leadership, Sarah draws on over 25 years’ experience in global, blue-chip, organisations including PwC and JPMorgan, culminating as an Executive Director at Macquarie Group. Sarah’s key strengths include leading strategic change, customer and stakeholder relationships, large team leadership, complex project delivery and crisis management. She also regularly works on initiatives in diversity, culture definition and leadership development.

Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Engineering Physics and a Diploma of Industrial Studies (Loughborough University) and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
