Yenti is an experienced consultant with a strong Psychology background. Passionate about bringing out the best in people and organisations, she prides herself in her application of how people think, feel, behave and learn. Her expertise lies in the people side of digital transformation where she has led various change initiatives in her Lead Consultant role at Capgemini where she has assessed and built change capability across organisations from diverse industry sectors.
Prior to joining Thrive, Yenti led internal mentoring programs, team-building program and employee engagement analytics at a boutique consulting company. Yenti also held a People & Culture role at Cochlear where she led induction for new employees and managers and coordinated employee recognition initiatives. At Thrive, Yenti currently driving a number of large-scale leadership research initiatives and developing customised modules for leadership development programs.
Yenti holds a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours – First Class) from the University of New South Wales and has published work on attentional habits.
She is currently obtaining a Masters of Organisational Psychology at Macquarie University, where she is exploring the importance of human behaviour in various areas such as leadership, performance management, change management, human factors and career development.
