Annalise Brown has spent 25 years in the communications industry with the last 15 in C-Suite positions, primarily in multi-discipline, multinational agencies, working in senior teams to encourage innovation and collaboration.

She has been instrumental in the adoption and implementation of DE&I, mentorship, and customised leadership programs for high-potential talent and female leader cohorts. Additionally, she has worked with clients from every industry sector to solve complex business through their values transformations, internal and external communications all while considering their risk and reputation.

Her passion is to adopt more humanistic approaches to business structures and systems. She understands the power of high-performance teams and believes there are better ways to create, attract and nurture them.

Annalise holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and HRM and is currently completing her Master’s of Creative Intelligence and Strategic Innovation.
