Nick Di’Lodovico

With more than 20 years of corporate and non-profit sector experience, Nick has a proven history in leading and delivering complex organisational change and culture programs, major technology implementations, organisational restructures and realisation of corporate strategy in highly complex, ever-evolving environments. After architecting Telstra’s “Ways of Working Agile” organisational design and operating model and transforming Telstra Network Engineering capability in response to NBN, Nick co-founded and led the accelerated growth of early-stage HR Technology start-up, Sapia.ai.

Prior to holding roles as Head of Talent and Diversity and the Chief of Staff to the CEO at REA Group, Nick held Change Director roles for two $200 million+ Transformation Programs and supported the integration of a $14 billion merger across three industries. Nick was the Executive Director, People and Culture, for Berry Street – a for-purpose child and family services organisation that supports those who have been abused, protects people at risk and creates proactive strategies to prevent abuse.

Nick has undergraduate and post-graduate degrees in Business and Human Resources (Monash University) and Applied Psychology (Charles Sturt University). He has also completed Executive Leadership Development with Harvard Business School.
