Jawad is an experienced consultant who is deeply passionate about delivering customised, evidence-based solutions to meet the unique needs of his clients. He has experience with formulating criteria for psychometric assessments, analysing staff reports, and guiding key stakeholders in adhering to best practice. Jawad ensures that organizations navigate challenges effectively and efficiently.

His collaborative approach involves closely partnering with clients to grasp their barriers and challenges, offering tailored guidance to overcome roadblocks effectively. In recognition of his previous contributions, Jawad was honored with the 2020 Judyth Sachs Prize for his role in crafting a comprehensive strategy report aimed at addressing staff well-being issues within a disability support organization.

Jawad holds a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) where he is currently completing his Master of Organisational Psychology at Macquarie University. He is currently registered as a provisional psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
